Making Resesrvations and Prices
Plan Ahead
Please make your reservations as early as possible by calling us at
(802) 387-5397.
It is customary for groups to make reservations at least a full year
in advance, especially for multiple-day trips. Please contact us early
to ensure availability for your preferred dates and so that we can
design a program specifically for your group. Feel free to call any
of our references for more information on our programs. If you have
any questions before making reservations, we will be happy to assist
you.
Deposits and Payments
A 50% non-refundable deposit is necessary to reserve the dates for your program. The balance is due two months prior to the
trip’s start date. If an alternative payment schedule is needed, please call us to discuss other arrangements.
Weather
All Kroka Expeditions trips run regardless of weather conditions, unless Kroka Expeditions declares the weather dangerous. Kroka
Expeditions reserves the right to change the schedule, site, progression or activities of a program due to weather conditions or
other safety concerns.
Prices
Prices are based on a minimum of 12 students participating, plus
one adult for every 12 students. Prices may fluctuate depending
on a trip’s destination, number of participants or type of activities.
We will discuss these as we plan your itinerary with you. Need-based
financial aid is available for groups - please inquire.
