Who we are:
The Kroka staff community is a diverse group of people from all ages and backgrounds who share a commitment to live simply and purposefully while working together to share skills, knowledge, and values in a transformative way through high-quality outdoor education programs.

What we do:
Kroka offers summer programs, programs for schools, and two semester-length programs. Our summer programs are for 9 to 18 year-olds, and range in length from one to three weeks. Our school programs are tailored to elementary through high school classes and travel to wilderness areas all over New England and the greater United States, with trips to Canada and Ecuador as well. Kroka's Semester School is home to two extended expeditions: the Ecuador Semester and the Vermont Semester. Semester students range in age from 16 to 19 and receive school credit for their time at Kroka. All Kroka staff share in teaching responsibilities, as well as the daily chores of caring for our farm and base camp facilities.

Kroka Expeditions is an equal opportunity employer. Decisions relating to hiring, compensation, conditions or privileges of employment and termination are made in accordance with applicable local, state and federal laws. These decisions are made without regard to race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, marital status, national origin or ancestry, age, or disability.
