PLAN AHEAD
The first step in planning your program is to make sure that there is a good fit between the needs of your class and what Kroka can offer. It is best to have a phone conversation between the class teacher and Misha or Emily. Please call us at 603 835-9087 or e-mail us at school@kroka.org. Once initial contact has been made, we will begin work together on creating a customized program for your class.

LENGTH OF THE OVERNIGHT PROGRAM
We recommend at least three days for 4th through 6th grade programs, at least five days for 7th grade programs, and a minimum of eight days for 8th grade and high school programs.

PAYMENT INFORMATION
A 50% deposit is necessary to reserve the dates for your program. The balance is due 1 month prior to the trip start. We are happy to work with your school to develop a payment plan, if necessary.

WEATHER
Kroka programs happen in all weather conditions. Sometimes we change our plans due to the early onset of black fly season or high water. Often it is the trips that happen during the rainiest and coldest weeks of the year that are the ones that end up being the most meaningful experiences.

PRICES
Prices are based on a minimum of 12 students participating, plus one adult for every 12 students. Prices vary, depending on the trip destination. We will discuss these as we plan your itinerary with you.
Base Cost:
Overnight programs $90/student/day with 1 teacher at no charge per 12 students
Day programs $40/student/day with 1 teacher at no charge per 12 students
