Six hundred miles later we arrive back at our Base Camp in
Marlow, NH. The last two weeks of the journey are devoted
to reflection, finishing academics and preparing a presentation
to the community. Our journey is now over, but it is just the
beginning of a life-long passion for adventure, wilderness and
simple living.
“ What an amazing young man
you sent back home! He is now living what he experienced and learned
in his daily life in the world around him. He sleeps outside,
he treats the Earth and the people with respect. He also has more
patience and compassion… I am so grateful for your vision and
the uncompromising way you move into the future”

The connection with the land
is going to make me want to do something when I leave. I don’t
know yet what it is going to be, but I have a responsibility to
be of use.”
